Strike Hold!
The first two weeks can be trial classes to see if combatives is a good fit for you. (This program is designed for mature students.) Strike will be moving to a new location in January. Stay tuned for more.
New recruits (white belts) must complete 8 weeks/1 class per week in the New Recruit Basic Combatives Training Program. Upon completion of the New Recruit Basic Combatives Training Program, the instructor will assess the new recruit for retraining or qualify the new recruit to test for the yellow belt (which is required for full admission into the Combatives Training Program). During the 8 weeks/Classes, new recruits will learn basic fighting in the 7 levels of a fight, offense/self-defense principles, study fights, participate in fight labs, train in blocks, strikes, kicks, take downs, grappling, ground fighting, and weapons defense in the 7 Levels of a Fight Sequence. Upon passing the new recruit exam, the new recruit will become a combatives trainee in the yellow belt training program to learn novice level combat. All new recruits will sign a liability/consent waiver and pay the $75 promotion belt fee.
